At a tender age of 11 a beautiful girl marked a sparkling presence in the 1998 movie The Parent Trap. The girl is none other than today’s famous star 20 year old Lindsay Lohan. But early this year tragedy struck this budding superstar. She checked in to a rehabilitation centre at Utah after an all night drinking blinge after the Golden Globes in January this year.

Ann Landers is quoted to have said:

People who drink to drown their sorrow should be told that sorrow knows how to swim.

Considered as one of the hottest stars in the Hollywood circuit, Lindsay has had personal issues with her father Michael Lohan in the past couple of years. Michael served two years in New York prison for driving while intoxicated and was away from his daughter during this period of time. The superstars father publicly reunited with his daughter at the Crique Lodge Treatment center this week.

It has been a big concern for the Western Entertainment industry with many such superstars entering rehab centres for various addictions. Stars like Britney Spears, Mark Folley, Keith Urban etc have had numerous stints in a rehab centre. The question of worry that arises in such situations is how much is taken away from these stars and can they regain the same stardom on popularity with a comeback?
