It seems that after Paris Hilton it’s Lindsay Lohan’s turn to face reckless driving charges, as a photographer has sued not only Lohan but also her mom for careless driving.
As per reports, photographer Giovanni Arnold was allegedly hit by a car that Lindsay was driving and her mother, who owns that car, was her co-driver. The accident occurred in New York on March 13, 2007.
In a lawsuit that has been filed on May 10 in New York State Supreme Court, Bronx County, Giovanni has claimed that in the accident he sustained severe and permanent personal injuries.
In his lawsuit the victim has further stated that both, Lindsay and Dina, were negligent, careless and reckless while driving and as a result he suffered physical injuries and even monetary loss.
