Representative of the young starlet confirmed that Lindsay is back to work.
It has also been revealed that Lohan’s current thriller, I Know Who Killed Me, began shooting again on Thursday, and her scenes are scheduled for Friday.
‘People were getting a bit antsy about what the status was, so it’s pretty thrilling. As soon as Lindsay was cleared, they started everything back up again,’ an unnamed source said.
The source also added that Lohan was likely to resume a full workload, which probably means working for around 13 to 14 hours a day.
Lohan, 20, checked into the Wonderland Center, an addiction-treatment facility in the residential neighborhood of Laurel Canyon in L.A., last week. Her move to the rehab was described as a ‘proactive decision to take care of my personal health.’ The last December, she had publicly said that she had been attending Alcoholic Anonymous (A.A.) meetings for an year.
A friend of Lohan tells PEOPLE in its current issue that Lohan has described her stint in rehab as ‘the happiest she has ever been.’
